WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
The most cost-effective shipping carrier will be chosen based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
$19.95 for orders under $150 and $29.95 for orders over
$150.00 (after discounts and before taxes) within continental North
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
and are shipped insured. ** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than
40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.
WHAT COMPANY DO YOU SHIP WITH
Shipping within North America is primarily UPS, however from time to
time other couriers may be used depending on order sizes and where it is
shipping. Please note that some companies cannot
deliver to a PO box so please ensure that you provide your
actual street number address.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRINTS
If damage or loss does occur please contact me
immediately and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as
the damage to your print. DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials as the shipping company may request an inspection. Once the
damage claim has been approved we will send out a replacement piece. No
cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME?
average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-7 business
days and 7-10 business days for facemount to acrylic and framed prints
however, depending on order volume our turnaround time might be a little
quicker or longer. If you require your order by a specific date please let me know and I will try to accomodate your request.
From mid-November to Mid-January the production times may also increase
due to the holiday season. Please note shipping time is extra.
Original works will be shipped with high-quality protective packaging and are insured for the full cost of the item. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping outside of Canada & the U.S. and artworks over 36'' will be invoiced seperately.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/ EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns at this time.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All print sales are final. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order for original artwork.
If you choose to cancel after a piece has already shipped, artwork must be shipped back securely in original packaging. Any damage incured on cancelled artworks will be deducted from the refund amount.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
